You really showed some nice solutions. Plain soulbound rewards is a terrible idea and would reduce a lot of the incentive to play (or event start playing to begin with, witch is much worse on the long run). As the own name says, they're rewards, and are expected for us that are REAL players.
From all the ideas, i just didn't like the one that would require a title to receive the rewards. Is is much better when everyone has a chance to earn something, even if it is a remote chance.
Therefore, the one that requires SPS and the one that burn's DEC for every reward are the coolest ones. There cound be an infimous chance for all accounts (like, 0.1%) despite any stacked SPS, so that new players wich are still "testing" the game, could get lucky and earn something.
Also, if all of the cards were soulbound but could be transformed into regular paying DEC afterwards, the market would "regulate" itself preventing the minting of flooded cards.
I hope the Devs read your post to get so some mid term on what the originally thought.
