Splinterlands | My favourite Fire Rebellions for Low Mana Matches
What’s up my fellow Splinterlands Players!
I hope all of you are having an awesome day with your friends and family and also engaging yourself deeper every day in this game called Splinterlands. Since the Rebellion edition cards made their way into the game arena, the whole gameplay is getting a drastic change nowadays and even skillful players are having a hard time coping with all these new changes. With this new edition, the game also got many new gameplay updates that changed the playing style entirely and I admit I really like all these new things and all of these little but smart additions in the game are making the gameplay even more interactive and interesting than before. Now, with the price of Rebellion cards, anyone who was waiting to see a huge drop in card prices once the general sale for Rebellion packs begins is now feeling bad, because unlike what happened with the previous Chaos Legion edition cards, Rebellion cards are holding strong with their price and some cards are even going costlier day by day. All thanks to the new airdrop system which will soon be added via an update, so all eyes are waiting for this update to launch.
unlike all the previous airdrops where people simply would get cards airdropped based on how many packs they bought from the in-game market, with the release of Rebellion now we have to actually hold/stake our packs to get the airdrop. This is an update worth praising and is definitely protecting the pack prices very close to what they got sold for. If we look at the secondary Hive-Engine market, Rebellion packs are being traded at 3.84$ per pack which is just slightly below their actual price, especially if you take into consideration of the voucher offers and bonus packs we get during bulk buys. If you take a look at the card market, you can clearly see the difference of price gap between Chaos and Rebellion summoners as well, where to buy even the cheapest summoner in Rebellion one would have to spend around 170-200$ (right now there are literally no max summoner cards listed for sale in while rebellion edition) but on the other hand, max level chaos summoners are only being sold for 24$ ( current price of a max Tarsa). This clearly indicates that the team splinterlands has taken a wise and innovative step with the new airdrop system and this approach will be able to hold rebellion cards asset value way better.
Anyway, moving forward now let me share my top 2 Rebellion cards from the Fire element that I am going to share and talk a little about. So without further ado, let's begin..
FLAME MEPHIT
The first card that I would like to mention as the first is Flame Mephit. This lady is literally on fire and just after my first sight of it, I quickly became a fan like many of you. This card belongs to the Fire element and it costs only 2 mana to be used in battles. It is a rare type of card and its attack type is ranged. This card has the potential to become one of the few most popular cards in the whole rebellion edition to be used in low mana limit matches.
Now let us talk a little more about its stats and abilities and as we can see at max level, this card possesses 2 ranged attacks at 4 speed with 6 health and also holds 2 attacks - Flying and Backfire. Now just having a little but effective attacking card at only 2 mana cost itself is a good thing but they thought to add some more into it to let it thrive in the battlefield so they added a flying ability along with a good speed and large health stat. So for me, I am going to keep this card on my priority list and will try to buy it ASAP.
NIMBLEDOOK SCOUT
The second and last card that I would like to mention here is the Nimbledook Scout and it is another great card that the fire rebellion element offers. Just like the Flame Mephit, this card also costs only 2 mana but unlike Mephit which is a range attacker, this is instead an attack less card. This is a common type of card that needs a total of 400 BCX cards to be upgraded to the maximum level. Though this card does not possess any attacking stat, it's high speed + high health combo gives it a good defensive stat to be used as a tank card in low mana limit matches. Now, let us talk a little bit more about this card below.
When being upgraded to max level, this card gets 6 speed at 6 health along with 3 amazing abilities - Backfire, Inspire and Blast. But giving blast ability to an attack-less monster, have the game devs gone mad? Well, think deeper, as now you have to take that weapons training ability more seriously because when you keep this card adjacent to a card with weapons training ability, the card will gain some attack power and couple that acquired attack power with its own blast ability, you can imagine how deadly your 2 mana attack less card can become. That is why this card has also made a special place in my mind and made its way up and into my priority list.
I hope you loved both of these Rebellion Fire cards that I talked about and also liked reading the post. Which one among them is your favorite? Let me know in the comments below and I will be seeing you all in my next post.
Wish you all good luck on all of your future Splinterlands matches.

Those are some good choices, I would say out of all the new Rebellion cards the Fire set has been giving me the most consistent issues and challenge. Nice job, keep up the good work!
