Splinterlands | Season Experience and Opening Bulk Epic, Rare and Common Reward cards
What’s up my fellow Splinterlands players!
I hope all of you are doing well in life and also enjoying your daily free time while Playing this awesome strategy game. Especially after the launching of the new Rebellion edition Reward card, the game has now become more interesting to play and nowadays, collecting Glint coins and buying Reward Draws more among other options like the loot chests or other in-game items. Because getting those reward cards for free using these Glint points, which can not buy but only earn from playing the ranked section of this game, only real players will get their hands upon those cards way earlier using their daily playing. There are as usual four types of different rarity cards available in this newly launched edition - common, rare, epic and legendary and now with the revised rewards shop, you can directly buy a particular rarity of cards i.e., - commons only from the draws by closing the correct ones. In this post, I am going to talk about my personal experience in the last ranked season and then, I am Going to use a ton of Glint points today to buy and open bulk Card draws, which In will be sharing with you all.
Now looking at myself, though I reached Champion League Tier III in the last ranked season, which ended just yesterday, I ended up losing my position there and during the reset, I was playing at Diamond I tier and thus after the reset, I was sitting at Diamond III with 2,900 trophy points. I have already started playing for this season but looking at the last one, apart from earning a bunch of SPS, I also earned around 200k+ Glint points, which I decided to use to buy these newly launched Reward cards and increase my collection. Most of my new Reward cards are close to the Gold league already as I have opened draws and loot chests in the past and have now also started receiving cards from the league tier chests. But as I play in the Diamond - Champion League, I must have max cards by my side to get them useful, because I will certainly face all max cards against me. So right now, my plan is to get my hands on as many reward cards as possible before time runs out. So, if you interested to see the outcome, let us take a jump without any further ado.
Now, after the season ended and when I claimed the season-end Glint points, I had a total of 356k+ Glint points in my wallet. So I thought why not open a bunch of Draws to get my hands on some more reward cards? I was focusing on upgrading my low rarity cards like Rare, commons, etc first so with the newly made balance, I decided to buy 400 x Common Draws, 100 x Rare Draws and 25 x Epic Draws which I will be sharing later in this post. For these draws irrespective of their rarity type, I would need one Gold foil Potion for each draw, so overall, it will cost me a lot of Potions. But that’s not a worry for me, as I already have more than 20k Gold foil potions sitting in my wallet which finally will find their usability today. There is no need for Legendary potions as obviously, you are opening particular rarity cards already.
Now, the purchase cost for each different rarity Draw is different and payable only with Glint tokens. Draws come in batches and when you buy a certain amount of a particular rarity draw, batch 1 will end and batch 2 will start the distribution. Please note that after finishing buying batch one cards, each BCX of cards purchased from batch 2 will cost you more than batch one and batch 3 higher than batch 2, and so on. Now for common draws batch 1, each draw would cost me 150 Glint and there are a total of 400 BCXs of draws available in Batch 1. So it is the maximum number of common cards I can buy without paying extra and I did just that and bought a total of 400 BCXs of common cards for 60k Glint points. For Rare type cards, each draw would cost me 750 Glint tokens and there are only a total of 100 Card draws available at batch one, which I bought right after. Next looking at the epic draws, each card will cost me 7,500 Glints and there are only a total of 25 cards available in Batch one and as usual, I also bought the exact amount. So let’s now open each of them and share the outcome below.
COMMON DRAWS
Well, if I would take screenshots of the whole popped-up cards, you would have to scroll through an endless tunnel. So, let me just post the first screenshot and share my experience. I got all 400 BCXs of newly minted cards and out of them, 16 turned gold foil which is an exact 4% chance. For this additional 400 BCXs cards, I was able to upgrade multiple common cards to level 7 or 8. Gladly some More big Draw pulls like this one would make some of my cards near max level I believe.
RARE CARDS
For rare cards however, I decided to do the hard work and take the whole Screenshot and as you can See, I have got only 3 gold foil Cards out them 100. But gladly, in this case also I was able to upgrade some of my rare type cards to Gold league levels.
EPIC CARDS
Same with Epic cards and this time I would had to take only a few screenshots to catch them all. Epic cards costs quite a lot and the most I spent was On the Epic lot. However, as you can see, I have got only 1 gold foil out of them all so the luck didn't shine here as well but I did get to upgrade 2 of my epic cards and some closer to their next one.
I hope you loved seeing the outcome and also liked reading my post. Let me know your thoughts in the comment section below and I will be seeing you all in my next post.
Wish you all good luck on all of your future Splinterlands matches.
