Splinterlands | The dual attack of ANACHRON BOLTER is just amazing!

What’s up my fellow Splinterlands Players!

I hope all of you are doing well in life and enjoying battling with other players in this game while earning crypto. The crypto market is still in the red zone and our beloved splinterlands are also getting affected by it. Still, I guess you players are using this as an opportunity and collecting as many SPS as possible while waiting for the bull market. Now, looking at the ranked arena, only around 2 days remain for this season to end, so I hope all of you are focused on reaching your goals and enjoying the season end bloodbath.

Now, moving on let me now enter into the main topic of this post as today, I will be talking about a very useful Rebellion monster which will help you in many ways and help you score more wins on the battlefield. As you have already seen in the thumbnail above, today I will be discussing ANACHRON BOLTER. So, without any further ado, let’s jump right in.

ANACHRON BOLTER

ANACHRON BOLTER is a rebellion edition monster which costs 8 mana to be used in battles, which means you can use this card easily in your lineup when playing medium to large mana limit matches. This monster belongs to the Life element and it is a rare type of monster so you will need a total of 115 BCX cards to upgrade it to the max level. The main feature of this card is that it holds dual-type attacks - Magic and Ranged. Let us now take a deeper look into its league wise stats and abilities below.

BRONZE

At level 2, this monster possesses 1 ranged and 1 magic attack at 3 speed with 1 armour and 6 health and it also gets the Headwinds ability since its initial level. So, you can use this monster to weaken every enemy ranged monster attack by 1.

SILVER

At level 4, this monster gets an increased 2 ranged and 1 magic attack at 4 speed with 1 armour and 7 health along with the Headwinds ability. With more attack power now you can kill down enemy cards faster.

GOLD

When you upgrade this monster to level 6, it receives 2 ranged and 1 magic monster at 4 speed with 2 armour and 7 health and also gets a new ability called Repair. With the help of this new ability, now it can repair a portion of the broken armour of any friendly monster.

DIAMOND / CHAMPION

When this monster finally gets upgraded to its max level of 8, it possesses 2 ranged and 1 magic attack at 5 speed with 2 armour and 9 health along with those 2 abilities which I talked about above.

BATTLE STAT

To use this monster I was looking for a suitable match and after playing for a while, I got such a match with a big 56 mana limit where 4 elements were allowed - Water, Earth, Life and Death. There were 3 rulesets applied in this match - Even Stevens, Blast and Close Range and after thinking of a useful strategy, I started building my lineup accordingly. For this match, I chose the Iltain, Arkemis the Bear, Corsair Bosun, Runi, Bolter, Arbalest and Supply Runner at the end position.

When both the lineups got revealed, I found out that my opponent has kept his faith in Possibilus the Wise summoner and at his front position, he chose Diemonshark followed by Smith, Drybone Raider, Deeplurker, Venator Kinjo and Wave Brood at the last position.

BATTLE PERFORMANCE

As the match started, all my backline monsters started attacking the enemy wave brood while my first 2 monsters focused on attacking the Diemonshark. The venator kinjo protected my opponent from blast damages while the wave brood also kept attacking back with return fire ability to all my ranged monsters. But my front 2 monster worked well as first of all the Bear applied the Halving effect on the Diemonshark and with Bosun he attacked both Shark and Bosun heavily. Sadly the enemy deeplurker killed down both my wounded Arbalest and supply runner with Trample ability while I wounded down his brood down to 2 health.

At the second round, my Bolter repaired his own armour back and then killed down the wave brood finally, followed by my bear and bosun and both of them wounded both smith and shark heavily but meanwhile, the enemy deeplurker again attacked and wounded my Runi this time. My runi then attacked the shark but got reverse attacked via the retaliate ability. But at the next round, the deeplurker again attacked my runi and this time he killed down both my runi and bolter, but thankfully runi got resurrected once again. Finally, my Bosun launched its attack and killed down the shark and then after I killed his Smith, the only 2 monsters left were the deeplurker and Venator and I easily took care of both of them easily snd won the match.
