SPL Six Years!

In my head I thought it was Splinterlands fifth year but today they brought to players attention that it was six! Wow how time flies when we are having fun.

The past six years I have been part of the crypto space but been only consistent with Splinterland’s. I don’t even blog daily anymore on Hive but I sure play Splinterland everyday.

Tools like peakmonsters and monster market I also use daily to check my card collection and find new cards to buy. It all takes some dedication and enjoyment to stay so consistent.

Things I wish I did differently. I wished I played more in the past. The reward cards at the first year of play are worth a lot more today than back then. If I had the foresight I would have played everyday back then and have even more cards. Another thing I would have done differently is to team up earlier. Being apart of a group I could have learned how to play cards better and earn more with playing all the guild battles / events.

For those who are small in account assets I want to let them know I was once in their shoes. At the beginning of my start in the game I bought a spell book and gradually earned my reward cards and bought packs. In time I was able to collect a reasonable alpha collection and continue growing with several cards from various sets up to Chaos. So don’t lose hope in thinking you can’t do it. It may take longer but be certain it would still be possible if you stay consistent and find ways to leverage crypto.

I remember posting daily and a lot of Splinterland’s content. With curation rewards from Splinterlands main hive account I saved up to purchase more cards. Find ways to earn more beyond just playing the game will accelerate your accumulation of Splinterland’s assets. I am proof of that.

Looking ahead if the past is a gauge I believe we are looking for brighter days ahead for the game. Now with land updates coming out soon and facelift of the battle game itself I give hope to the future of Splinterland’s being brighter.

I plan to continue playing daily and adding to my rewards. Imagining if all our assets simply went up 10x from here the values we have earned would be astonishing. Only way to get there is first by getting more assets. Got to believe and hope for the best.
