Splinterlands - My End Of Season 68 Review

Another season is completed and much of what has happened in past seasons remain the same for me as I ended up in Gold II with very little rewards to show for it.

My EOS Rewards

26 reward chests in all and best rewards I got were rare reward cards. The DEC open in some chests were not much either.

Season Stats

On a positive note I won about 26% more than I lost for the season which is a big improvement from past seasons. I wonder how much the curtailing of bots helped me in this category? My rating peak close to 2700 therefore if I had enough CP I would have been able to reach Gold III.

Even with the better win record my earnings for the season as a whole continue to be in a downtrend. This is not ideal but small price to pay as I rented out more cards for most of the season.

Rental income dropped again for the season even when I rented out more cards. It is at its lowest since the beginning of the year but on the bright side most cards were rented out majority of the season. This to me means I may have hit rental prices bottom.

Conclusions

Everything in regards to rewards and earning are trending down. However I perform better by winning more matches and getting better ranking. This trajectory of winning more hopefully will lead to future more and better rewards.

For upcoming season I will be trying to get myself ranked higher while earning more in rank battles. Meanwhile also be lending cards at higher rates in hopes to earn more passive income.
