Trying To Save Money

(Edited)

My finances are finally looking good. Here's what I am doing to save money:
I stopped eating out.
I look for deals, things in season, ripe discounted fruit.
I started making coffee ☕ at home.
I bought a few inexpensive automatic appliances that make things easier. (Rice cooker/steamer, egg steamer, slow cooker , small traditional coffee maker ). All my cheap appliances have paid themselves off in savings within a month.

I save a lot of labour with a big slow cooker, glass meal prep containers with plastic lids. As soon as cooking is done I cool then freeze most of the food I make. A little goes into fridge. The containers have helped me with portion control as well.
My daily eating has become more consistent. I don't overeat when I cook anymore. I have been able to save by cooking in bulk and portioning it out.

I try to overbuy good deals (only on healthy food like fruit) and resell at cost to apartment neighbors as soon as I get home. (earning goodwill). I buy pineapple when it's on sale and my neighbor cuts it up and we share it. ( I don't like cutting it) My knife is dull, will have to fix that at some point. My spending is in check. I'm saving lots.
