Both need each other

So I’ve been hearing about a proposal from Splinterlands, requesting for some crazy amount of money from the DHF. I’m not sure about the figures so I won’t mention. But it’s causing a stir so it has to be really huge.

That’s not the only interesting thing, the interesting thing is that if the funding is not approved, Splinterlands might leave Hive 😳

Shocking yes.

But to where?

I see many people saying Splinterlands will be better off on other chains. Jeez I wonder if these people have stepped outside one chain before. Do you know how hard it is for a new project from another community to gain traction within a new environment?

I understand and agree that the Splinterlands team has done so much for hive, but leaving hive because they don’t get funded is a double edged sword I can bet you on that.

Hive loosing Splinterlands too isn’t exactly something nice, I propose that both communities come together to brainstorm a way that can be mutually beneficial.

In my opinion, both need each other.
