Splinterlands Art Contest Week 272: Baby Unicorn [Esp-Eng]

¡Saludos amigos! Es un gusto para mi participar nuevamente en el concurso de arte semanal de splinterlands. Asi qué para esta ocasión trabajé con una carta que me ha encantado mucho, ya que es una carta muy hermosa que me ha inspirado mucha ternura.

Greetings friends! It is a pleasure for me to participate again in the weekly splinterlands art contest. So for this occasion I worked with a letter that I loved very much, since it is a very beautiful letter that has inspired a lot of tenderness in me.

Se trata de BABY UNICORN. Un hermoso unicornio blanco, de melena azul y que en su cuerno lleva un haz de luz morado.

This is BABY UNICORN. A beautiful white unicorn, with blue mane and carrying a purple beam of light in its horn.

La ilustración la hice al estilo digital, arte digital, usando la técnica del pixel art, en un lienzo de 256 pixeles respectivamente.

I made the illustration in a digital style, digital art, using the pixel art technique, on a canvas of 256 pixels respectively.

En cuanto al proceso de dibujo, inicié creando un boceto simple, pixel a pixel, color negro. Aplicando posteriormente un color base al cuerpo del unicornio.

As for the drawing process, I started by creating a simple sketch, pixel by pixel, black. Subsequently applying a base color to the body of the unicorn.

Hice algunas sombras con un color más oscuro al color base, además de usar un tramado pixel a pixel para darle textura. Posteriormente le hice luces con un color blanco, igualmente usando el tramado pixel a pixel.

I made some shadows with a darker color than the base color, in addition to using a pixel by pixel dither to give it texture. Later I made lights with a white color, also using pixel-by-pixel dithering.

Pinté los ojos y comencé a pintar la melena con un color azul base.

I painted the eyes and started painting the mane with a base blue color.

Una vez terminada la melena, segui con el pelaje de la cola, como ya saben, utilizando el procedimiento anterior, color base, sombras, luces.

Once the mane was finished, I continued with the tail fur, as you know, using the previous procedure, base color, shadows, lights.

Por último pinté las pezuñas y el haz de luz en su cuerno con diferentes tonos de morado.

Lastly I painted the hooves and the light beam on his horn with different shades of purple.

Añadí un efecto de resplandor claro que rodeara todo el cuerpo del unicornio y un fondo hecho con un efecto llamado gradacion concéntrica que viene incluido en mi herramienta de dibujo y este fué el resultado final ¡Espero que les guste!

I added a light glow effect that surrounded the entire body of the unicorn and a background made with an effect called concentric gradation that is included in my drawing tool and this was the final result. I hope you like it!
