HENCHLING ENFORCER is a promo card with a rare rarity from the Rebellion edition and designed for two Splinters that you can use with life and water Splinter cards to get benefit from its halving ability to reduce the damage of enemy monsters with its powerful range attack damage and true strike ability that will never ever miss its attack unless the ruleset where the monster loses all abilities otherwise it will never miss its attack when there is a true strike ability in a monster so this card is also a ranged attack card that seems a perfect one for both life and Water Splinter and better to use this one if you are going for halving alchemist but only in life and water battles.

Well, i would prefer this card instead of yesterday's one which has less ranged damage and only the cleansing ability from the start while costing the same mana that one was also for the Water Splinter so better to use this card because of its awesome abilities to reduce the damage of enemy monster along with its true strike ability at level 4 and has enough speed, armor, and health overall this card is better to compare to the yesterday card.
