The doctor at Sari Asih Karawaci Hospital, Tangerang City, Dr. Fadly Ambara, gave tips and tricks for eating instant noodles to stay healthy and become a favorite, namely avoid consuming instant noodles with rice.

“I am the same source of carbohydrates and rice, and if you combine the two it becomes double carbohydrates. "As a result, it will increase the risk of blood sugar levels and diabetes," said Dr. Fadly.

Apart from that, the seasoning level for instant noodles needs to be reduced, because according to him, instant noodle seasoning has a high salt content. Just reduce the dosage to half a third or a quarter. Even though the instant noodles are reduced in taste, they are guaranteed to still be delicious and tasty, he said.

Meanwhile, in order to get enough minerals or fiber, vitamins and protein, Dr. Fadly Ambara suggests adding vegetables according to taste to instant noodles or eggs or meat.

"Mix additional ingredients into instant noodle brews so you don't get bored and what is certain is that your need for protein from both animal and vegetable sources can still be met," he stressed.

Drinking enough water is necessary after consuming instant noodles, this is so that the water can easily digest the instant noodles in the body. The tip that you need to pay attention to according to Dr. Fadly is not to make instant noodles your main food, just 1 to 2 times a week.
