My Soulbound Reward Cards

It has been a while since I last looked at my soulbound reward cards. Now that a few seasons have passed, I thought it would be a good time to look at what cards that I have and what level.

First off in the fire splinter, my highest level card is 5, the Ferox Defender. Still he has not been too much use to me. My summoner is only at level 2 still which isn't so great and I don't have any gold foil summoner either. I have just 2 fire cards in gold foil and Ferox Defender is the highest level one at 4 so far.

Things are looking better in the water splinter at least with a couple of level 5s and 4s. Most of all with these cards, I have found them to be much more useful for me to use. Swamp Spitter with his repair ability, Coastal Sentry with the strong double strike ability and the Riverboat Captain have proven quite tough to bring down.

In my matches, I have mostly seen these 3 used against me. Coastal Sentry proving to be the most formidable.

In the earth deck, it is a similar story, with 3 level 5s and 1 level 4. Here I have 4 gold foils which is good. I would like to get as many of these as possible of course. Mostly I have used Fungus Flinger for his martyr ability as Madcap Magus is maybe just slightly too expensive at 4 mana. Sadly all my soulbound summoners are just level 2 so far.

Moving on to my life soulbound cards, this seems to be the best so far with 2 legendaries. Iziar is really great and I have him at level 2 too! Aves Strugis I didn't have much use for him yet, but I can see him fitting in some matches already.

I only have 1 gold foil and 3 level 5s already. Imperial Knight I have used sometimes but most useful could be War Pegasus with his wings and shatter ability. Combined with Sloan he could be very useful once he levels up at least once more.

Things are looking pretty good in my death deck too. I have the awesome Usut, the gold foil legendary at level 2. I also have my highest leveled up common card Wily Coyotian at level 6. I am not playing death that much, but he could be useful with his 2 mana cost.

From my dragon cards, I have got my first legendary card which is great. He could come in very useful I think. The dragon summoner is my first one at level 3 so far.

Finally I have my neuteral cards and here a couple at level 5 already. The most used card here is of course Venari Marksrat, and a gold foil. His martyr ability has been causing me havoc when used against me. I do try to use him often to repay the favor.

Summary

Overall I am happy with my soulbound card haul. I keep leveling up my cards to try to get them at max level both as regular and gold foil. I notice that already I am having some challenging matches with opponents who are using some of these cards in good combinations. The sooner I can get them to a higher level for the gold league, the better.
