SABRE SHARK | Splinterlands

This week I've chosen Splinterland's famous character Sabre Shark to participate in Splinterland's art contest.

INSPIRATION

The purpose of choosing it was that I was in mood to make some water creatures and what better aquatic creature than a shark?? And I thought I'd make the shark happy instead of angry.

PROCEDURE

Firstly i thought i should start with her face. I draw his happy face a first point.

Then i made cap over his head and complete all his facial expressions and features like his theets, mouth, and eyes.

Then i start making his body and also make weapon in his hand.

Completing this outline and his whole body was a last thing to do in making his sketch. Here is the final look 👇

I chose a light gray color on the inside of his body that looked like the original character.

For the body inside, I used a slightly darker shade, staying within the colors of the original character.

Then I made his yellow teeth and painted the inside of his mouth the same color as the original character's mouth and also painted the inside of his hat black.

His teeth are yellow not because he doesn't brush but because they suit him 🤭😂🤪

In addition to adding the background, I also colored the inside of his belt brown, also colored the inside of his weapon, which was similar to the original character, and also colored the place where he holds his weapon brown.
