My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2024 ( second day of the week)

It's the second day of the week, waking up to plan for the day. My head was banging so hard, i was having severe migraine, i relaxed a bit and quickly freshen up. I took some medications for the migraine, after which I felt better and prepared for work.

At work

Work wasn't really stressful, but I couldn't just concentrate, because I started having migraine again, and this time around it was worse than it was in the morning.

I couldn't concentrate for a minute, i just had to retire for the day. I knew i had cold, due to the weather. The weather in Lagos is wild, the cold has been extreme. When I checked the weather forecast ☁️, it's was 25°C.

Already, I've exposed myself to cold, and it has blocked me chest and it's giving me body pains, all my back hurts so bad, due to cold 🥶.

Well, i didn't know if it was the cold that was giving me migraine. I called my nurse and told her, how i was feeling. We booked an appointment to meet at the hospital tomorrow, i will run some tests to know if there's any other sickness in my body aside from cold.

Currently, am running temperature 🤒, and really needs to visit the hospital soonest.
