Investing in myself - wk 225
Hello, beautiful people! Welcome to my blog. It's a pleasure to have you in this space. Once again, welcome 🤗
If I were given $50 to choose between buying books or clothes, which would I go for? I would not hesitate going for books without thinking twice, and that is not because I have a lot of clothes overflowing in my wardrobe or I do not have a need for a new set of clothes; as a matter of fact, there are a lot of clothes and styles that are saved in my phone that I really want to get.
I love looking beautiful and well dressed. There's an adage that says you are addressed by the way you dress, so I don't want to be ever caught dressing shabbily.
However, at the moment, what I need are more knowledge, wisdom, and insight from great men for my personal growth, self-improvement, and financial management, which are my top priorities.
Reading books has a way of making you see things from a new and different perspective; it gives you exposure to new ideas and broadens your mind.
There's just something beautiful about reading a beautiful and well-written book; as you flip through the pages of the book, it expands your understanding; it sometimes challenges your assumptions on a particular subject.
So I see investing in a good and well-written book as investing in myself to be a better person.

I would love to read your review on Hive book club on those book. I am definitely interested in learning about the "Money won't make you rich" and why the author has that kind of opinion.
Okay, I will make out time to review the book😊. Thank you for reading through and leaving a comment 🤗
