Splinterlands ramblings.... and a giveaway

Uff! Busy week; I would like to say it went without any conflicts but...

Yep, conflicts have started, and for 21 more days we'll have to hoard as many chances to get our hands on the first airdrop card. As you can see, I've gathered 13 chances until now, so still wayyy far from the minimum 200 chances for a guaranteed drop.

It's very unlikely I will get enough CP for a guaranteed drop this time, but I've started (slowly) to buy specific rebellion cards to fine tune my collection. And at the same time, started gathering rebellion packs too. Why? 2 reasons:

1- I'll stack them in the wagons for 100 CP each, and will keep them there until all legendary summoners have dropped, i.e. almost until the end of the set sale. Then I will see what is best: hold and resell later, or try my luck, depending on how good my collection is at the moment.

2 - I'm opening them too, and crossing fingers for lady luck to come along: thanks to conflicts, the cards are really valious now, and I can have the added joy of opening packs.

So, that's what I'm doing on a 1:1 ratio: buy 2 packs, stack one, open the other. Using the profit from rentals to go to the market, since I've placed my main deck for rent a few days back: I'm having less time to play nowadays, and to be honest, it starts to get a little discouraging to read no news about gameplay improvement and a decent decision about the f"$"#$ bots. Hence, renting seems the perfect solution to improve my collection and my chances on conflicts!
