Resistance is Futile .... Splinterlands Vs The Bots

The Splinterlands blockchain-based, play-to-earn video game has tried everything to stop bots from exploiting the play-to-earn rewards system including mandating collection power, removing starter card rewards, and preparing for SPS staking. Rather than stopping bots, each change makes the game more costly and shakes players' confidence that the team can stick to a long-term vision without constant changes. In today's post, I'll explain why the war on bots is fundamentally flawed and can't be won. I'll also explain why the fight against bots is a more significant threat than the bots themselves.
