Things I would like to be looked for as a participant in a scholarship
If I was given a scholarship I would like my scholarship experience in Splinterlands to be like this, here I share some ideas and key benefits that can contribute to success between scholarship and scholarship recipient:
Profit Sharing: A reward sharing structure that benefits both parties, such as a 50/50 or 60/40 split, since currently you don't earn much in splinterlands but I would like to invest in my own team at some point
Performance Bonuses: Obviously if I do excellent and manage to win many battles I would like to be given a bonus if I stand out from the others, as compensation for my effort
Competitive Team: a competitive team is necessary if I want to opt to fight for the top positions in the league, this benefits both since we will get better rewards
Personalized Advice: In this case, guide me personally to get more out of my deck
Option to store my deck: Listen to me if I think a card could improve my deck in order to improve wins.
Growth Opportunity: Offer better decks to fight in future leagues if I perform optimally, if I want it.
Scholarship Community: A communication space (like a Discord channel) where scholarship recipients can interact with each other, share experiences, and help each other, promoting a positive environment.
Constant Feedback: Making scholarship recipients feel valued and part of a team through constructive feedback and recognition of achievements helps build loyalty and commitment.
These are the things that I would like you to consider when wanting to give a scholarship.
