INFERNAL FIRESTORM hails from the fire world and was introduced in the Rebellion edition of the card. It is an epic-level monster that comes with two abilities, a great life, and a good shield. I always look for a tank card that has both the ability to attack and sustain the defense as well. I started playing splinter lands a few weeks ago and I understand the importance of a good tank card at the first position. Though I lost many battles in the first few weeks, I learned a lot from this game.

1. Health & Shield

At the cost of 10 mana, Firestorm possesses a great life with a great shield. If coupled with the monster that adds to his life every few rounds, this card will create chaos in the battle. The most annoying thing that I found is when you hit the enemy tank monster and the next monster adds to his health. 7 shield is a good deterrence and 11 life units will give it ample amount of time to regain health and attack.

2. Attack & Speed

This monster not only serves as a tank at the first position but also has 3 magic attack units. The specialty of this attack type is that it bypasses the defense and causes damage to the health. The impressive part is that 4-speed units allow it to participate in the attack rounds as well. Nothing is as good as a monster at the first position that both attacks and defends.

3. Abilities

Firestorm with all these impressive aspects also comes with two abilities - flank and demoralize. Remember this card costs only 10 mana battle units and gives you its attack and life units. The abilities we are talking about here are just the addon that makes it a special card that every player must keep in his/her arsenal.

• Flank - This ability gives the reachability to the monster that is in the second position. It is important to note that as per the documentation I read, if the second monster is of melee attack type, then the duo will together finish up the monster tank.
• Demoralize - It reduces the melee attack units of every enemy monster. Thus this helps in reducing attacks by the melee-type enemies on us.

Conclusion

By now I have understood that a powerless tank is not beneficial hence investing in the monsters that have the power of a tank and strategic use in the attack rounds will keep the player in the winning position. Such great health, defense, and attack units along with the speed units that allow for attack round participation make it the best monster available at this cost in this rebellion set.

One must also remember that the level of the card is 6 which is the maximum level and at this level, the card gains its complete power and buffs.
