SHARE YOUR BATTLE Weekly Challenge! CENTAURI MAGE
Hi guys, in this week's Splinterlands Share Your Battle Challenge, we have been tasked to fight a match with Centauri Mage. For those who doesn't know, Centauri Mage is a earth monster who has the Return Fire ability (when hit with a ranged attack, monsters with return fire will return reduced damage back to their attacker), when the level of the card goes up he gains 1 more hability on level 5, repair (restores some armor to the friedly monster whose armor has taken the most damage).

THE MATCH
These were the rules of the game:
My opponent history shows me that he likes to play mage water deck, with Alric, so i tried to play against that.
My line-up for the game was the following:
For those of you who doesn't know, water deck now have a incredible card (at least in the low level leagues) the Venari Wavesmith, who giver armor for all allies. So, to play against that i put Sporcerer in my line-up who breaks 2 armor of all enemies. The earth deck has a very balanced deck to play against melee and magic damage (with Mylor Crowling + Mushroom Seer), so i put Unicorn Mustang as the main tank (because of his ability void), Centauri Mage as a off tank (as the card has a high health and don't have ranged attack, that is a good card to put in the second or the last position), and 4 damage dealers in the back.

As the result of the game my enemy couldn't do basically nothing against the Unicorn Mustang. Even with Djinn Oshannus (magic damage with void hability), i beat him very easy.

Analysis of Centauri Mage
This card has very high hp, but don't have a high damage. I like to play Centauri Mage when the mana cap is very high (like 40+). Like i said before, i think Centauri can be played as off tank, last position or as your main tank when the rules don't allow the use of melee damage monsters.
