FREE CARDS: SHOW ME THE WAY!

I know what you are thinking, " Rentmoney how are you going to get FREE Splinterland cards". Be patient my friends I'm going to tell you my secret.

All one needs to do is use affiliate earnings to purchase cards directly from the Splinterlands Market. For those that don't know players can earn 5% Rev Share on *purchases made from accounts who have signed up to Splinterlands using their specific affiliate link.

Example: Your friend uses your link to sign up to Splinterlands and then purchases the SpellBook for $10 USD. Congrats your account will be credited with 500 credits ($0.50 Cents).

To find your affiliate link go to the official Splinterlands site and click your profile name, under it you will see a link displayed called Affiliate Program. Click that link and then copy and paste the URL code displayed. Mine looks like this, https://steemmonsters.com?ref=rentmoney.

You can copy and paste that code where-ever you like (No Spamming) and if someone clicks it and then joins Splinterlands you will get credit for their future purchases. I usually always leave my Splinterlands affiliate link within my Splinterland topics and I suggest you do the same.

Now that you know my secret go forth and tell all your friends about this awesome game. Give them your affiliate link to sign up and you both win. They will get to play this awesome game and you will get to earn some juicy affiliate earnings. Visit Part one in full by clicking here.

Ant Miner

Below is a video showing me purchasing ANT MINERS using my affiliate earnings. The Ant Miner is a Common Rewards card. This means it can be attained for free in Rewards Chests. It has a small MANA cost of two and comes equiped with the Scavenger ability. Personally I think this is a great card and I have been slowly building my army of Ants over the past few weeks. Today I add to that army.

Ant Miner Lore

Kobolds have long been considered the most skilled miners in the land. Their small stature and inherent bravery allows them to squeeze into small and risky spaces, and they are very good with tools. Recently however, the Kobolds have apparently dug too deep into the crust beneath the Molten Mountains. This has allowed an undiscovered race of Fire Ants to breach the surface. These Ants are each about the size of a man’s fist, not large enough individually to pose a threat to anyone, but they are very good at teamwork and they operate through a shared hive mind. The Ant Miners carry tiny tools, which they use to enhance their already-formidable digging skills. They always travel in packs and lines; if you see a line of Ant Miners approaching your home, do not attempt to fight. It’s best to just give up your home. Lore taken from official Splinterlands site.

Are affiliate earnings always paid out in credits or do you have a choice of which coin you want to receive?

Always credits.

Some purchaes are excluded such as card purchases from market. Spellbook/Potions and boosters count towards affiliate earnings.

Thanks for the info. So mostly right now Spellbooks and potions are the only things contributing to affiliate earnings. Until Chaos League is released. !LUV

Click your profile name in the splinterlands name. A new window will show. Scroll to the affiliate program section and click it. A new window will then pop up with your affiliate details.

I means a tool to do it automatically.
Now, I have several affiliate earning, not only from Spell book, but also from Quest potion.
So it's hard to do it manually :)

Thanks for the suggestion. I have not yet starting promoting the affiliate link, I should start doing so. I have had off and on luck using the Ant Miners. They are very effective when thier is a higher number of cards used in the matches.

Hey @rentmoney

Do/Didn't @peakmonsters or someone similar also have affiliate earnings when a referral buys loose cards (and packs)? and/or was it just a discount when you bought packs yourself?

P.S. And if I'm not mistaken your referrals' ongoing purchases also earn you future credits in @Splinterlands (except if they buy packs with DEC/credits).

I mainly use the official Splinterland marketplace but secondary markets such as PeakMonsters are awesome. They have allot of great features not offered on the main Splinterlands site. I believe some (if not all) the secondary markets do offer "discounts" when using their site to make purchases (check their official sites for complete details).

P.S. And if I'm not mistaken your referrals' ongoing purchases also earn you future credits in @Splinterlands (except if they buy packs with DEC/credits).

Yes, affiliate earnings are ongoing. Not all purchases count. To the best of my knowledge Pack/Potion/Spellbook purchases all count towards affiliate earnings. Buying a single card from market does not.
