Hello, Splinter Community!
For this week, its all about LIFE SPLINTERS; The FERAL SPIRIT. This monster has a Sneak ability, meaning, it attacks monster in the last position. With its ability, it makes this monster perfect for a winning line up.
Honestly, I do not really own a **Feral Spirit **, but for this challenge, I decided to rent one. So without further ado, lets go to battle!
This battle is 20 Mana Cap and a Standard Battle. In a standard battle, there are no rules. The player can use any cards as long as the total mana does not exceed to the given mana in the battle.
The tank that I use for this battle is the CHAOS KNIGHT.
This monster has a Shield ability. It has reduce damage from melee and range attacks. This monster is perfect as a tank and perfect for a line up with Feral Spirit, so that Feral Spirit will have enoght time to wipe out the stronger monsters at the back.
In the second position, I decided to put the Feral Spirit. For the third position, I decided to use STITCH LEECH.
This card has also a Sneak ability, meaning, it attacks monster in the last position. I decided to use this card along with Feral Spirit because with their combined abilities, they can easily wipe out the strong monsters in the back; leaving the weak ones in the field. So this combination of the twoo is pretty good.
Then, I decided to use TIME MAGE in the fourth positon.
This monster has a Slow ability. It reduces the speed of all monsters of the enemy. This is pretty useful to ensure that you have a higher chance of evading attacks of the enemies. Also, I decided to put it at the back so that any monster that attacks on the back will attack this monster first. If that happens, evading may potentially starts.
ROUND 1
For the first round, everyone got a deduction to speed due to TIME MAGE. But even though my monsters got a deduction in speed, still, my FERRAL SPIRIT and TIME MAGE are two of first three card that is going to attack first due to their speed.
At the end of the round 1, one monster from enemy's side is wipe out leaving now the battlefield on an equal number of cards. On this round, the combination of STITCH LEECH and FERRAL SPIRIT works.
ROUND 2
In the round 2, the opponent continue to struggle due to the damage it can only give to my tank. Also, it struggles to stop the combination of STITCH LEECH and FERRAL SPIRIT
ROUND 3
In the round 3, the exchange of attacks continue and no one wants to give up.
ROUND 4
In round 4, my tank dies and one of the monsters of the opponent also dies, leaving him with only one card.
ROUND 5
In round 5, the last monster standing on the enemy's side cannot handle all the damage, leading for my victory.
This battle is little challenging due to the powerful cards chosen by the oppnent, but with the use of FERRAL SPIRIT, it lessen the challenge.
FERRAL SPIRIT is a powerful card due to its ability and speed. The only thing that makes it not a full package is its damage.
So, with that, I really like this card to use in battle and probably rent it again or buy it in the future.
So that's my battle for the week, I hope you all learn somehow on my startegy.
