This week we have a Splinterlands event, a little different from what we are usually used to. This time, the proposal is to explore and expand the Lore of Splinterlands, talking a little more about some of the aspects that you find on the Splinterlands Lore website. I chose to address the creation of a new subclass of the Primordial dragons, an Order Dragon, which will be a Dragon between the Chaos and the Guardians! Let's start by talking a little about dragons within the Splinterlands Card Game universe. This type of card brings great flexibility to the NFT game, because it increases the number of combinations and strategy of the game, because when choosing a Dragon Summoner, you have access to all Dragon cards, but you can also choose another available element to use its cards as well. This alone gives you 2x more card options to choose from, but this Splinter isn't limited to just that...

In addition to the flexibility that dragons bring to Splinterlands, their units are responsible for dominating matches with a high amount of mana, as they feature some of the strongest cards in the game and which in return have a high amount of mana. Examples of strong and high-mana Dragons are Agor Longtail, which has Status (2 magic damage, 3 melee damage, 11 HP and 6 shield) and abilities (Taunt, Fly and Void Armor), an Absurd Tank that deals a lot of damage, but costs 15 mana. Also, recently in the Rebellion airdrops we had the addition of RAGE, which is another dragon with a lot of mana (16), that has Status (4 Magic, 5 Shield and 12HP), with abilities at its MAX that are insane (Fly, Void, Weapons Training, Life Leech and Affliction). In the case of RAGE, just imagine dealing 4 magic damage with Weapons Training, it is an absurdly strong card. This is the essence of dragons, strong and flexible cards

When I entered the Splinterlands Lore website, because of the characteristics mentioned above, I ended up looking for information about dragons and found a class of Primordial Dragon, which are the largest and most powerful True Dragons in the world of Splinterlands, can vary in color and have the ability to cross planes of existence. So, when I saw the Subclasses, I noticed that there were the Chaos Dragons, who are chaotic and want to destabilize the natural order of things, that is, they are dragons that seek to cause confusion and destruction.

With that in mind, I thought who could directly balance the Chaos Dragons would be a new subrace addition to the Primordial Dragon, which would be the Order Dragon. These dragons will be responsible for bringing order and justice to all planes in general and, in addition, they will seek to keep the Chaos Dragons in control so that the worlds do not end up being destroyed. They are a species of dragon that emerged as an intermediary between the Chaos Dragons and the Guardian Dragons.

Regarding the appearance of these dragons, since they represent balance, their wings have both their DARK side (dark blue) and also their LIGHT side (gold). In addition, their body is white with blue eyes in homage to the Blue Eyes White Dragon from Yu-Gi-Oh! which is an iconic card from the card game franchise and one of the main cards in the entire Anime, being used in Kaiba's Deck.

Vamos começar falando um pouco sobre os dragões dentro do universo do Card Game do Splinterlands. Esse tipo de carta traz uma grande flexibilidade ao jogo NFT, porque ele aumenta o número de combinações e estratégia do jogo, porque ao escolher um Summoner Dragão, você tem acesso à todas as cartas de Dragão, mas também pode escolher um outro elemento disponível para usar as cartas dele também. No caso do RAGE, imagina só dar 4 de dano mágico com o Weapons Training, é uma carta absurdamente forte. Essa é a essência dos dragões, cartas fortes e flexíveis

Quando eu entrei no site da Lore do Splinterlands, por conta das características mencionadas acima, eu acabei indo procurar sobre os dragões e encontrei uma classe de Primordial Dragon, que são os maiores e mais poderosos Dragões Verdadeiros do mundo do Splinterlands, podendo variar em cores e tem a capacidade de atravessar planos de existencia. Nisso, quando eu vi as Subclasses notei que tinha os Chaos Dragons, que são caóticos e querem desestabilizar a ordem natural das coisas, ou seja, são dragões que buscam causar confusão e destruição.

Com isso em mente, eu pensei quem poderia balancear de forma direta os Chaos Dragons, seria uma nova adição de subraça aos Primordial Dragon, que seria o Order Dragon. Esses dragões vão ser responsáveis por trazer ordem e justição à todos os planos de forma geral e além disso eles vão procurar manter os Chaos Dragon em controle para que os mundos não venham a ser destruídos. Eles são uma espécie de dragão que surgiu como intermediário entre os Chaos Dragon e os Guardian Dragons.

Sobre a questão de aparência desses dragões, como eles representam o equilíbrio, então as suas assas tem tanto seu lado DARK (azul escuro) e também o seu lado LIGHT (Dourado). Além disso, seu corpo é Branco com olhos azuis em homenagem ao Blue Eyes White Dragon do Yu-Gi-Oh! que é uma carta icônica da frânquia de card games e uma das principais cartas de todo o Anime, sendo usada no Deck do Kaiba.
