TIPS FOR BEGINNERS: Understand the NOMOS summoner cards' abilities.

The first thing new Splinterlands players should learn is the abilities of each card. Because there are many different types of cards with various abilities. Not all cards can be owned, but the ones that are most needed are. The summoner card is required in the Splinterlands battle.

On this occasion, I will go over the summoner cards from the Rebellion series. Because this is a new card series, we need to understand its abilities to maximize its potential in battle. NOMOS is the summoner card we'd like to talk about. In the Rebellion series, the summoner card of the fire element.

NOMOS is a fire summoner card with 5 mana points. However, by using these 5 mana points, we can give our fighting monsters abilities or give the opponent's monsters negative effects.

Before the fight begins, you have two options. Specifically, adding the Dispel ability to two monsters on your team or penalizing two opposing monsters with two magic attack points.

Of course, we get to choose which one we want to use. Choose the ability to reduce 2 magic attack points if we predict the enemy will use a magical monster in the battle. The challenge is determining which position the opponent's magical monster is in. If our guess is correct, we have successfully used the NOMOS summoner's abilities. However, if our guess is incorrect, this ability will be rendered useless.

Aside from that, the second option is to give our monsters dispel abilities. However, this dispel ability is not required in all battles. If there are opposing monsters with additional statistics such as Bloodlust or Martyr, this dispel ability is extremely useful. However, if none of our opponent's monsters have increased statistics, our monster's abilities are also rendered ineffective.

As a result, our decision to use the NOMOS summoner is heavily influenced by the battle you will be fighting. Given that the manna points are 5 points, it has a lot of clout in a small manna battle. This NOMOS Summoner, on the other hand, will be extremely useful in combating magical monsters.

RULES AND TACTICS

We will look at one of the battles using the NOMOS summoner.

This battle took place at the BRAWL event in which I participated. But this is just like any other battle in the Splinterlands. We'll look at how to use the NOMOS capability, specifically how to use the DISPEL capability. abilities suitable for battling GLADIATOR Monsters.

Three rules apply in this battle: UNPROTECTED, BRIAR PATCH, and FIRE & REGRET. The use of monsters with melee and ranged attacks is not recommended based on the combination of these three rules. Using a melee monster results in a thorn attack penalty, whereas using a ranged monster results in a counterattack from the arrows we fire. As a result, I believe the monsters used are magical monsters.

I'm using a NOMOS summoner, and my selection of magic monsters is still limited thanks to my Rebellion series card collection. I chose to use a ranged monster and was willing to accept the consequences. So here's the formation I went with:

My NOMOS ability choice was to equip my monster with the DISPEL ability. and select KRASH WANDERFORD to gain the DISPEL ability.

FINAL THOUGHTS

As we can see from the battle above, using NOMOS's ability to reduce the magic attack of the magic monster is also very useful as long as we guess the monster's position correctly. Choosing to give our monsters the DISPEL ability is also the correct decision. KRASH WANDERFORD can eliminate RELENOR CLEAVER's ability, which gives me the victory.
