This Social Media Challenge is about the newly updated Rarity Draw. It's only been about two seasons since the daily and seasonal rewards were removed and replaced by the Reward Shop, but things are changing at a very fast pace. It must be a lot of work to adjust.

今回のソーシャルメディアチャレンジは新しくアップデートで追加されたレアリティドローについてです。デイリー、シーズンのリワードが削除されてRewardショップになってまだ2シーズンほどですが、ものすごい速度でいろいろ変更されていますね。調整大変なんでしょうね。

With Random Draw, there are 5 different Draws, but it's the MASTER at the top that you end up drawing. It costs 5,000 Glint per draw. In contrast, the rarity draw, LEGENDARY, is 5 times more expensive at 25,000. So, which is the better deal?
Normally, you would think that the Rarity Draw is the better deal because you are sure to get the LEGENDARY card. But let's do the math just to be sure.

ランダムドローだと5種類のDrawがあるんですが、結局引くのは一番上のMASTERですよね。一回 5,000 Glintになります。対してレアリティドローのLEGENDARYは25,000で5倍の価格になっています。され、どっちがお得なのか？
普通に考えれば確実にレジェンダリーのカードが引けるレアリティドローがお得に思いますよね。でも念のために計算してみましょう。

The probability of drawing a Legendary in MASTER of Random Draw is 3.2%.
You can draw 5 Random Draws for 1 Rarity Draw.
The probability of getting at least one Legendary card out of five draws is 100% minus the number of times you missed all five draws.
So, 1-(1-0.032)^5 = 0.1501, or about 15%.

ランダムドローのMASTERでレジェンダリーが引ける確率は3.2%です。
レアリティドロー1回分でランダムドローが5回引けます。5回のうち、1回以上レジェンダリーカードが引ける確率は100%から5回とも外れた回数を引いたパーセントになります。つまり、1-(1-0.032)^5 ＝ 0.1501 で約15%ですね。

If you draw MASTER 5 times and only 15% of the time you draw Legendary, it is still a good deal to draw Rarity Draw. In fact, I have drawn Rarity Draw. It's not fun to draw. There's no excitement, and I feel indescribable when I can't draw the Legendary I want!

MASTERを5回引いても15%しかレジェンダリーが引けないならやっぱりレアリティドローを引くのがお得ですね。実際私もレアリティドローを引きましたが。引いてて面白くないんですよね。盛り上がりもないし、欲しいレジェンダリーが引けないと何とも言えない気持ちになるよー

I'm glad IZIAR and DRYBONE RAIDER are both cards I use a lot, though. I don't feel 💓excitement - and the number of cards is not as many as when I drew a random draw MASTER with 25,000 Glints. If I keep drawing Legendary Draws, I might not be able to get Epic or Rare cards.
If that happens, you can always draw MASTER.

IZIAR も DRYBONE RAIDER もよく使うカードだしうれしいけど。💓わくわく感が無いよねーそれに、25,000 GlintでランダムドローのMASTERを引いた時と比べるとカード数は比べるまでもなく少ない。レジェンダリードローばっかり引いてるといつまでたってもエピックやレアのレベルが上がらないってことにもなりかねないね。
ま、そうなったら今度はMASTER引けばいいんだけどね。

What about rarity draws below epic? Maybe if there is only one card to target, but if not, maybe random draw is better.
I haven't checked, but if the rarity draw only gives you one card, would MASTER be better? No, if it's an Epic, Rarity Draw is better. They're both 5,000 Glint.

エピック以下のレアリティドローはどうなんだろう。狙いのカードが1つだけであればいいのかもしれないけど、そうでなければランダムドローの方がいいかもしれない。
確認していないんだけど、レアリティドローは1枚しか出ないんだったら、MASTERのほうがいいんだろうか？いや、エピックならレアリティドローのほうがいいな。どっちも 5,000 Glintだし。

So, what about rares? 10 rare draws for the amount of Glint you draw once for MASTER. 20% of MASTERs draw rares, and the number of rares you can draw at one time is 1-11.
It is not a sure thing to draw a rare, and the maximum number of draws is 11, so it seems to be better to use Rarity Draw for this too.

じゃあ、レアは？MASTER一回引く分で10回レアリティドローが引ける。MASTERは20%でレアが引けて、1回で引ける枚数は1-11枚。
確実にレアを引けるわけでもないし、最大でも11枚だからこれもレアリティドローのほうがよさそうだね。

We don't have to do the Common. It's probably the same.

After all, it's better to draw the rarity draw of the cards you want, right? But then the excitement would surely be lost. But I want to draw the rarity I want!

結局のところ、欲しいカードのレアリティドローを引いた方がいいってことだね。でも、そうなるとワクワク感は確実になくなる。でも、欲しいレアリティ引きたい！

What if random draws were half the price? I did the math and found that if you draw MASTER 20 times, the expected value is roughly 9.6 cards. This would increase the enjoyment of drawing random draws!
If you want to be sure of a draw, use the Rarity Draw! If you are looking for a by-product, you can use random draws!
That's good! Let's do it! Hey, why don't we just cut the price of random draws in half?

ランダムドローが半額になったらどうだろう？と思って計算してみたら、MASTERを20回引けば期待値が大体9.6枚くらい。これならランダムドローを引く楽しみも増える！
確実に引くならレアリティドロー！副産物狙いならランダムドロー！
ええやん！そうしよう！ね、ランダムドロー半額でええんちゃう？
