Introduction

I've been watching League of Legends worlds! It's amazing Flyquest might win they are 2-1 as I'm writing this post. Anyways I want to cover my thoughts on this awesome townhall recently about three days ago where I listened in to the whole. I liked what I heard and it seems like we going to get to the promised neverland soon. The townhall summary was also shared by Splinterlands and I will cover my thoughts on it. I'm not covering everything. I just want to cover three things that I'm hyped for!

New Rulesets

Five new rule sets have been added to the game!
Heavy Metal - You can only summon armored units.
Might Makes Right - You can only summon units with 3 or more ranged, magic, or melee power.
Need for Speed - You can only summon units with 3 or more speed.
Deflection Field - All units have the Reflection Shield ability.
Beefcakes - You can only summon units with 5 or more health.

I've already been playing with these new rulesets and it's a total banger. It's fun to see different cards shining. The thing about one ruleset being added is it adds like another 20 combination of rulesets which adds a lot of changes in style and it will take some time for people to figure out the highest wnirate line up.

More Glamour Leak

I'm loving what I'm seeing with glamour. I feel it's an innovative way on skins and I think this could be huge if done right. There are no confirmed bonuses but there will definitely be benefits for upgrading the glamour. This will be great money sink for those that love the game and don't want to just make money from the game. Another cool thing is that this is pushed by Matt to Nate to have it released as soon as possible!

Marketing + New Team Member

Matt got a new team member called Blaze. Blaze will be focusing on getting new players and he will be creating a marketing plan for Splinterlands. It's about time Splinterlands properly markets their game. Hopefully we can target and attract the right people. Another awesome new in the marketing is that they have plans on bringing the app back. This is huge. I'm glad they listened. This is something that I've mentioned many times when sharing my thoughts that having an app is huge. They are going to make it easy for people to get in by removing the spellbook barrier as well. I'm ready for the revolution.
