Runi Reconstruction is here! (Just kiding, but what if...)

Hello PEAKD community! In the latest video from Ivy and Jonah, we make like Runi Reconstruction is real and reconstruct a pretend "King Jonah" Runi. Even though it's meant just for fun, Ivy also explores the potential benefits that could result from a Runi deconstructor/reconstructor dapp or even better--in game Runi Workshop--if it was real.

This includes:

  • Stimulating the Splinterlands economy
  • Providing additional revenue sources for the game devs (and land owners! what? 😮)
  • (Probably most importatnly) Fixing the 99% of Runi printed that are gathering dust on OpenSea and making Splinterlands feel like a dead project from the outside in. Because of course it's not! SPL is like the most vibrant NFT gaming community that exists and we all know that!

But imagine if you didn't ALREADY know that? And you were a big ETH investor looking at the SPL OpenSea page. If that was you, what would YOU think about the health of this game? Okay, enough of that, here's the video. Hope it makes you laugh like it makes me laugh! Which is: kind of a lot.

Side-note: The 8,000 Layer Limit: I never realized there was a layer limit to photoshop until making this video which is the by far the longest one yet. Anyway, apparently there is an 8,000 layer limit to photoshop which I never knew existed and which I smashed right into as I was almost done with this whole thing. If there are a few less blinks here and there, now you'll know why! I'll have to figure out how to be more economical with layering or else split the videos up when they're this long. If anyone knows a workaround to the 8,000 layer limit in photoshop please post in the comments!

A Runi Workshop with Holiday parts to swap out would be a pretty awesome.

Thanks man! I agree. I don't know how hard it would be, but would be so much fun. Thanks for watching!

I never trusted in that part swap nonsense... knew the ETH coding would be way too complex and not nearly enough dev power to make it happen.

That's kind of sad

The whole idea seemed insane tbh... burn an entire card just to meld some NFT features together. It made no sense.

Did you watch the video? It sounds like you didn't. That questionis totally addressed head on.

You're literally repeating what Jonah says before Ivy explains her idea to address that. Anyway, watch the video! That's an important part!
