I'm stuck with Soulkeep

Maybe a month ago the Soulkeep game was released, born from an offshoot of Splinterlands. The game is a fairly classic tower defense. You have cards that are towers, traps, spells and you have to prevent hordes of enemy monsters from reaching the portal. By placing your cards wisely and strategically you can thwart their nefarious intent and win the game.

The game itself is also nice and has a kind of tutorial to follow that allows you to learn how to play. This tutorial is made up of various games and in each one the player is offered new cards with which to overcome the level. This is where my problems start, because I'm stuck at the last level of the tutorial and can't get past it.

Level 5 of the tutorial

Level 5 of the tutorial introduces the card Knife Tosser which costs 55 mana and which should have a light but very fast attack. Ideal for killing swarms of small enemies. Furthermore, the level surprisingly allows us to start with 220 mana, perfect for placing 4 of these cards in the first wave. Which I do right away.

The other cards I have cost more in mana and don't give me a greater advantage over small monsters in large quantities. I therefore find myself having to make a difficult choice.

But even though I try and try again to change strategy or tactics, I can't find a way to go further. The result is always the same.

What I think about Soulkeep

It's probably me who is a mediocre player and can't find a way to overcome this obstacle. If anyone has any suggestions they are more than welcome. I'd like to start playing the real game, the one after the tutorial, and see what it's like. I opened up some of the card packs I bought when the sale started. This is because now, by choice of the game, they no longer gave SPS as a reward for holding them. I think there are plans to move this ability to game cards in the future, so I'd like to open the other packs I have left as well.
But I need to get my hands on a few more Legendary and Mythic potions first. I have almost exhausted the ones in my possession and since they are not transferable, to get more I will be forced to play actively.

This game provided a new use case for the SPS token. I think this is a great thing and I can't wait to see the effects of many active Soulkeep players. I'm also waiting to understand how to obtain SPS from the cards in my possession, because from what was promised the rewards should have lasted 5 years and... there's still a little bit left until this deadline.

Sono bloccato con Soulkeep

Da forse un mese è stato rilasciato il gioco Soulkeep, nato da una costola di Splinterlands. Il gioco è un tower defense abbastanza classico. Possiedi delle carte che sono le torri, le trappole, le magie e devi evitare che delle orde di mostri nemici arrivino al portale. Posizionando saggiamente e strategicamente le tue carte puoi impedire il loro nefasto intento e vincere la partita.

Il gioco di per se è anche carino e ha una specie di tutorial da seguire che permette di imparare a giocare. Questo tutorial è composto da varie partite e in ognuna vengono proposte al giocatore delle carte nuove con cui superare il livello. Qui iniziano i miei problemi, perché sono bloccato all'ultimo livello del tutorial e non riesco a superarlo.

Il livello 5 del tutorial

Il livello 5 del tutorial introduce la carta Knife Tosser dal costo di 55 mana e che dovrebbe avere un attacco leggero ma molto rapido. Ideale per uccidere sciami di piccoli nemici. Inoltre il livello ci permette sorprendentemente di partire con 220 mana, perfetti per piazzare 4 di queste carte alla prima ondata. Cosa che faccio subito.

Le altre carte in mio possesso costano di più in mana e non mi permettono un vantaggio maggiore su piccoli mostri in gran quantità. Mi trovo quindi a dover fare una scelta non facile.

Ma nonostante io provi e riprovi a cambiare strategia o tattica, non trovo modo di andare oltre. Il risultato è sempre lo stesso.

Cosa penso di Soulkeep

Probabilmente sono io che sono un giocatore mediocre e non trovo modo di superare questo ostacolo. Se qualcuno ha dei suggerimenti sono più che ben accetti. Mi piacerebbe iniziare a giocare al gioco vero, quello dopo il tutorial e vedere come è. Ho aperto alcuni dei pacchetti di carte che avevo comprato quando è iniziata la sale. Questo perché oramai, per scelta del gioco, non davano più SPS come reward nel detenerli. Credo sia in progetto di passare questa capacità alle carte di gioco in futuro, per cui mi piacerebbe aprire anche le altre buste che mi sono rimaste.
Ma devo prima mettere le mani su qualche pozione leggendaria e mitica in più. Quelle in mio possesso le ho quasi esaurite e dato che non sono trasferibili, per procurarmene altre sarò costretto a giocare attivamente.

Questo gioco ha fornito un nuovo caso d'uso al token SPS. Questa la ritengo una cosa ottima e non vedo l'ora che si vedano gli effetti di tanti giocatori attivi di Soulkeep. Attendo anche di capire come ottenere SPS dalle carte in mio possesso, perché da quanto promesso le reward sarebbero dovute durare 5 anni e... manca ancora un po' a questa scadenza.
