These people probably reaping a lot of benefits /upvotes from their "friends"-whales upvoting their blogs, just because they know each other and on the other hand don't want someone else to earn a few cents...
It's disgusting to see this happening on a platform like Hive which should completely go by the spirit of decentralization. (The opposite of what these people are trying to do) !LOLZ !DIY

lookup on the website uses the same API as peakd, which is still down, but !sbi status on chain has been a good option for many years.
