In preparation for the creation of the art I intend to submit for the splinterland Art contest; I was surfing through the splinterland cards market when I saw the GOBALANO SOLDIER character card and I instantly got this nostalgic feeling.

The character reminded me of some bad guy characters in some cartoons I had seen when I was little but most vividly, it reminded me of the common touts/louts on the streets I grew up in in my country.

I sincerely love the way the structure of the character is built but since one of the requirements for the contest is to avoid total imitation so I decided to exaggerate some parts of the character's structure. Like the nose, I made it longer, same as the ear and the hat. I decided to change his weapon to something similar in the state of brutality.

That's all, and I hope you guys love my version of GOBALANO SOLDIER.
