Game Reward Changes Coming Soon!

Well by now most of us have experienced the effects of the daily reward quest updates. Splinterlands opted to reduce the amount of DEC and cards that were rewards to lower ranked players in order to maintain the sustainability of the game. This keeps players from opening up new accounts and reaping amazing rewards that have not been earned.

Well...looks like there's another update coming soon. The Splinterlands team has decided that they are going to eliminate/reduce the amount of DEC rewarded from winning ranked battles for the lower ranked players. This will help maintain sustainability and incentivize players to increase their ranks and the value of the game.

Thats not all though. Splinterlands has already made the statement that they will be updating the DEC rewards as mentioned above, but they also hinted to updating the SPS rewards as well. Big changes coming to the game for those that don't rank up.
