We started a new season in Splinterlands and also a new week of Brawls between guilds which so far has not been good for me. Of the 6 matches, two were revealed and in both, I lost to Quora Towershead, what a disaster 😅.

Unfortunately, I didn't get any legendary cards and only one gold foil, but several strong cards came in that I would love to level up in my collection. When I checked each one in the Items tab, I realized that despite winning several copies, it was still insufficient to level them up (as I mentioned earlier, I did the last upgrade recently), but this doesn't apply to all.
The 6 copies of Alfredo allowed me to level him from 5 to 6, gaining Close Range 
in the process, a very useful ability, I would say. Another extremely strong card that I constantly use managed to reach the goal of leveling from 3 to 4 and gained the Stun 
ability. I'm talking about Liza Fox; I'm eager to use her in my next battles as I consider her very strong for clearing the enemy field, and this new ability is a great bonus.
Other important cards like Orella Abadon, Helmet Kharafax, Captain Katie, Whistling Damon, and Witch of Warwick are very close to leveling up and gaining important abilities. Of those mentioned, the best options would be to level the Witch to level 6, Orella to level 5, and in the future, get Helmet to level 7.
All I have left now is to keep playing Splinterlands and accumulate a lot of Glint so that when we get close to the end of the season, I can do a new "burst" by opening several chests and consequently earning more merits to finally evolve the remaining cards. This constant improvement in the collection is extremely important to stay competitive in the game, especially when we talk about Brawls where the matches are even more challenging!

Depois desse desfalque, resolvi aproveitar que na temporada passada eu gastei mais de 200 mil Glints para acumular energias e jogar mais partidas e gastar todos os Méritos ganhos nesses baús. Ao todo foram 52.369 que me permitiram adquirir 26 Gladius Cases. Não é muito mas já dá para sentir a emoção do loot box!
Com essas cases em mão, vamos abrí-las para descobrir como está a minha sorte hoje. Eu subi várias cartas de nível recentemente, então preciso de muitas cópias para alcançar o próximo patamar, ainda assim cartas lendárias e gold foil são sempre bem vindas pois não tenho muitas para a minha coleção Gladius. Este foi o resultado após abrir os 26 Gladius Cases:
Infelizmente não consegui nenhuma carta lendária e apenas uma gold foil, mas vieram várias cartas fortes que eu adoraria evoluir na minha coleção. Ao conferir uma por uma na aba Items, percebi que apesar de ter ganhado várias cópias ainda foi insuficiente para evoluí-las (conforme mencionei anteriormente, fiz a última evolução recentemente), mas isso não se aplica a todas.
As 6 cópias do Alfredo me possibilitaram nivelá-lo do 5 para o 6, ganhando Close Range nesse processo, uma habilidade muito útil eu diria. Outra carta extremamente forte que utilizo constantemente conseguiu atingir o objetivo de evoluir do 3 para o 4 e ganhou a habilidade Stun . Estou falando da Liza Fox, estou louco para utilizá-la em minhas próximas batalhas pois a considero muito forte para limpar o campo inimigo e essa nova habilidade é um grande bônus.
Outras cartas importantes como o Orella Abadon, Helmet Kharafax, Captain Katie, Whistling Damon e Witch of Warwick estão bem próximas de evoluir e ganhar habilidades importantes. Das mencionadas, as melhores opções seriam colocar a Witch no level 6, o Orella no level 5 e no futuro conseguir colocar o Helmet no level 7.
Tudo que me resta agora é continuar jogando Splinterlands e acumular muito Glint para quanto chegarmos próximo do final da temporada eu possa fazer um novo "burst" abrindo vários baús e consequentemente ganhando mais méritos para finalmente evoluir as demais cartas. Esse constante aprimoramento na coleção é extremamente importante para continuar competitivo no jogo, principalmente quando falamos sobre Brawls onde as partidas são ainda mais difíceis!
