Technological Singularity

(Edited)

Do you think we will reach some sort of technological singularity and will there be new mass scale movements against ai taking over human jobs or will they just accept getting replaced
You see not everyone is creative or very adaptive to change
When repetitive tasks done by humans are replaced by technology, we will definitely create a class of "useless people" who are perfectly irrelevant as they no longer can even contribute to the future
The other direction will probably be the more utopian, they are just freeloaders unable to innovate, execute ideas and we'll have to stun them with pleasure and distraction
We already see a lot of this where McDonald's around the world are employing less and less as we see these screens start standing up in McDonald's to take your orders.

For example, homeless competent people, lots of leftists have been arguing that they take a position of the "reserve labour" in order to make sure labour wages are low.
Whether I agree with this or not this theory indicates that the exploited are valuable to the system
But what will happen if the system no longer values them one bit and the system no longer wants them to be a part of the future? terracore Terracore
