Quora Towershead | Immune And Powerful Amidst All Odd

Splinterlands is really one of the games that has been on points for years now and to be fair it is it really amazing and interesting to play, since I start playing modern rank battle, even though it requires extra strategy and look hard because I really don't have all those cards and I was busy building my wild deck collection while neglecting the modern section, but the reward for modern has been the key that keep motivating me to play because it is really giving me that chance to start building my sps staked, currently I rented 60k sps which on the norms will only be giving me 0.7-1.5 sps per wins on wild battle back in the days but on modern, it is almost 2-3x which can help build more faster if I can find way to improve my battle

One thing have been trying so hard to do now which i guess will be one way to improve my gameplay is to build my gladiator deck, thanks to my guild who was able to improve and increase the guild buildings and that gave us the chance to be able spend our merits as we want and since we can easily get more merits from the glint reward shop, I was able to get more glint than I imagine and also build my deck, one of the stronger cards in the gladiator section is the Quora Towershead, getting it to level 3 which gave it immune ability and make it neglect every negative effect which make it more powerful and can make it withstand and even destroy lot of your opponent strategy especially if you pair it with the abilities to support it, getting the gladiators made it somehow mandatory for all players to join a guild so they can be able to spend their merits. We had this 18 mana capped which is one of the low mana battle and really make it hard for players to do as they like, any mistake can put them on at the disadvantage edge, all mana capped is really important, we get to choose between fire, earth and death element and to make it interesting we had the Are you not entertained ruleset which allow us to use any gladiator and also Ferocity which give all cards the fury ability, I would have love to use death element which is one of my favorite and most use element but I remembered since we can use gladiators, I should pick Quora and show how strong that cards is.

So I picked Obsidian as my summoner with the extra +1 magic, also the best ability to pair with Quora is the martyr ability which when activates will increase all stat of the adjacent monster cards so i picked Fungus Flinger with both martyr and blind ability then placed Quora Towershead next to it with the bloodlust (which increase all stats whenever it destroy a card), heal which allow it to heal each round and immune. Since I have 1 mana left, I decided to pick mycelic morphoid. My opponent came in with death element and with his setup, his first mistake was putting Corpse fiend as his frontline with the hope of taking the first damage but Quora destroying it make me more powerful in stats then he destroy my Fungus which game me 2x advantage which made me able to destroy his cursed windeku with just two attack since it is a multi-attack card and boom he was rendered helpless because his remaining cards are weak.
