Adapting to Modern: Prepare to Get More Rebellion Soul Bound Reward Cards Part 11

Prelude
Welcome back to another new post on Adapting to Modern where I look at how I crossed over from playing in Wild Battles till today on Modern Battles, sharing with the community the struggles, the strategies and things I do to move towards playing in Modern. Unknowingly, we have come to the 11th episode of this sharing. With Rebellion Soul Bound reward cards coming live for some time, there had been an increase in the number of Rebellion Soul Bound reward cards seen on the battlefield, so as I've started to review the reward cards for this particular post series, let's continue to look at 2 more of the Soul Bound reward cards.

I am really satisfied with the new Rebellion Soul Bound reward cards so far as they have been featured often in my gameplay and I am certain as I obtain more copies of them and having them levelled up, they will showcase even more prowess on the battlefield. The Glint gathering needs abit more traction and now we are actually able to pull gold foil cards directly from chest of a higher glint cost. Though not easy, I am hoping to be able to gather more glint per match as I boost up my SPS through winning matches and brawls.

Rebellion Soul Bound Reward Cards

End of season just finished and I've accumulated some Glint and I am in the midst of contemplating

Let's continue from last week where we reviewed 2 legendary water splinter reward cards and completed all the cards for water. Now we move on to earth splinter and continue with 1 epic and 1 legendary cards.

Thanalorian Blade

First card that we will look at today is the Thanalorian Blade. This card is just wow and I really want a copy of it. The abilities that it carry is really crazy. This card truly shines beyond Level 1. At Level 1, it probably is similar to that of Mad Ogre Anarchist but this card at Level 2 gains a crazy Execute ability. This ability allows the card to attack again if the target is at 2 health or less. With this already being an opportunity card, with Execute in tandem, you can more or less be certain that something will get killed when facing this crazy card. When this card goes to Level 3, it gains Camouflage to help cards around it from sneaks and snipes for more sustainability to others while at Max level, this card gains trample which means if uncontained, she can just pulverize through as she kills which is very easy. A must obtain card with more copies as well to level it up.

Blackmoor Jinx

Blackoor Jinx is the second card that we look at and it is a legendary card. The selling point of this card is its super low mana requirement that it can be slotted easily into many lineups. This series of reward card for 1 of the legendary is this 1 mana card and personally I think which it just have snipe, it is not too bad an ability. Stat wise will only peak at the final level. Mainly should serve as a function as a potential fodder.

Assessment
My take and assessment is the Thanalorian Blade is essentially Quora in the making, as the abilities it possess is like a complete package to take down opponent and most certainly ensure death to the card it strikes, thankfully no Blood Lust on this card. Jinx will likely be a fodder or slot in nicely for the range attack matches, not a game changing card like how Thanalorian Blade is.

In terms of rating, Thanalorian Blade should get around 4.8/5 while Blackmoor Jinx, I would give it a 2.5/5 because of the very average potential this card have.

Wrap Up
I do think there are definitely nice and useful cards out of the pool of Soul Bound reward cards added. So let's continue to battle, clock more Glint, then start putting the cards into greater utility be it in ranked or even during brawl. I will continue to research and look at the others card and will share another 2 cards in the next post.
