Prelude
Good day to all, how are all of you doing? We are live with the new Rebellion Soul Bound Reward Cards. Have you gotten your hands on them? Have you gotten any legendaries? I did some exchange on Glint for some last ditch effort to obtain some of the legendary cards to further improve my deck. So I will try to farm more Glint and start opening up these packs to get some of the reward cards into my collection.

Battle Sharing
Today's Social Media Challenge, I would like to showcase a match whereby I manage to tear down my opponent with so much ease after landing a stun onto my opponent.

In the past I tend to take Stun and Heavy Hitters ruleset for granted and assumed it is just a normal ruleset. But little did I know, how scary it can be when the stuns on my opponent's card. I faced a strong opponent, but because of a stun, there was a reversal of the final battle outcome.

Selection Analysis
On the lineup, I used a typical death splinter lineup where I used a single front tank in Cursed Windeku which is the nemesis of melee attackers following by a series of small critter cards from the likes of Venari Bonesmith, Revealer, Ravenhood Warden and Soul Strangler, with 3 of the cards listed have really good abilitie. Ravenhood has Protect to give the lineup additional armour, Venari Bonesmith is good with the the Life Leech ability it can also serve as a secondary tank. And finally Revealer whom will be the star of today's match as it had the ability to turn the game around and bring victory to my team.

On my opponent's end, it is a very strongvline up especially opponent used Astral Entity which can give their martyr card a double martyr to boost up the Djinn Muirat and this Djinn not only will it get additional armour when martyr boosted, it is not easy to take out. And how can I forget that opponent's summoner ability effectively nullifies the additional armour given by my Ravenhood. Without the ruleset, there is a very high chance that could go south clocking a lose to my account. But because there is heavy hitters, things did took a positive turn towards my side.

So let's battle!

Round by Round Synopsis

Round 1 - Game on. In this round, advantage swing towards my opponent where I saw double martyr happening on my opponent's side making Djinn Muirat getting stronger and with the native dodge that Astral Entity gives, makes it hard for my lineup to land any hit onto the enhanced Djinn Muirat.

Round 2 - At the start of the turn, everything still go in favour of my opponent where it almost cleared off my Cursed Windeku. But before my opponent can do so, a change in tide happened. Revealer suddenly landed a stun onto Djinn Muirat. From this on, it looked like the world crumbled on my opponent. Every hit that landed on Djinn after the stun proved to really fatal and we ended the round with Dhampir Stalker becoming a sitting duck right at the front ready to get massacred in the next turn by my lineup.

Round 3 - With all that is gone, all Dhampir Stalker can do is to wait for the impending death and it was easily disposed off by Corpse Fiend after it managed to dodge twice from my 2 range cards. Victory secured!

Battle Summary
To be honest, in the past I really just treat heavy hitters are a normal ruleset since it unlikely that we will be able to have something triggered due to the lack of stun cards. But today I witness stun hitting twice and how different the damage is when stun lands.

Wrap Up
Feels really great to witness a match that changed my perspective of the ruleset so much and really embrace the goodness of the ruleset. Upon landing the stun, even when being in a disadvantaged position can be overturned and you will see how your lineup punish the stunned card. I like this match alot and hence I decided to share with the community. Hope this sharing can also overturn your perspective of this ruleset and put more attention to it for your future matches. Remember once the stun lands, everything will change with favour given towards the side that landed the stun.
