WOO city upgrades next week?

Hello everyone, some days ago it was mentioned in the WOO discord that city upgrades are coming within a week. It was stating to have your liquid WOO ready within a week.

For me I got two 8 star land, so I will probably max these cities and the rest will just stay there for the show I think.

If your not in the WOO discord, it is a great way of getting some earlier announcements.
Like this was not announced just yet so except for a single message in discord. So I would suggest you to join it if you are interested in the project.
