WOO Land and what to do

My current stats is that I have 2 8 star lands being upgraded to olmoost max and 2 smaller lands which are being updated slowly everyday for my zealy event quests.

Currently it is a important choice you have to make when you do not have 3 star Wealth on your land, since in this case you cannot upgrade all the infrastructure options.

Sometimes it makes sense to choose to upgrade the training center to be able to generate reward cards when they get released, sometimes it makes sense to upgrade the population boost ones like the TV station since this will upgrade your WOO income but will not make you get reward cards.
