For example nowadays Splinterlands players need to buy Wild Pass in every season to play in the Wild game mode (it was free in the past).

This is a very bad practice. More and more Splinterlands players will leave the game.

Splinterlands (and every cryptocurrency game) should encourage to invest, instead of forcing to invest.
