why the daily rewards are so low?
I started playing splinterlands in September this year, I have little card power and I need to rent cards to be in the silver league and receive two reward chests. But it's been hard to take advantage of it when the rewards are little or more than nothing. It's complicated so new players are interested in the game...in the silver league I get 5 dec per fight and I spend 60 dec on renting cards to get 15 000 power. With these amounts of earnings per combat and rewards, it is almost impossible to make any profit in the short, medium or long term.

My intention is to move up in the leagues, but for that I need card power, renting or buying.
I've invested 250 dollars in the game, buying some cards, selling to dec to invest in the airdrop, having some sps...but there comes a point that I can't evolve any further without having card power
Maybe there is influx of selling of Dec. THus reducing the supply of dec rewards from the pool
