Hello everybody, it's time again for Share Your Battle. Today I will be sharing on Adelade Brightwing.

Thoughts on Adelade Brightwing

People whom play Magic The Gathering will find Adelade Brightwind resembling Serra Angel. While there is no "attacking does not cause this creature to tap", Adelade provides instrumental support to the team with her abilities.

Let's examine the base stats of Lvl 1 Adelade Brightwing.

Every skill on this angel is just so useful.
Frontline of Life Splinter usually stacked up with Chaos Knight or Shieldbearer and both can benefit from the repair ability. From a level up Adelade Brightwing, imagine seeing a Shieldbearer resurrect is really no joking matter.

Prediction before pressing rumble
To overcome Fog of War, opponent used opportunity while I use range attackers. Evenly matched, let's see how it turns out.

Let's get ready to rumble
Round 1, Chaos Knight and Shieldbearer holding the fort with Adelade repairing Sheildbearer. Pesky Sea Monster get taken out by Arbalest!

Round 2, Squid and Deeplurker both get taken out, Shieldbearer took a truck load of damage and fell. Adelade repairs Chaos Knight.

Round 3/4, Adelade continues her repair, while the range barrage continues and took out everything on opponent lineup. Victory secured.

After Thoughts
While opponent tried to use opportunity to take advantage of the Fog of War, Shieldbearer absorbed everything. While absorbing is good, it needs some sustainability. And this is where Adelade Brightwing comes in handy. She does magic damage and adds up armour for the 2 front liners, allowing them to take more damage than they could.

However, the nature of armour is effective in soaking up damage from melee and range, but when faced against magic bombardment, it will still be bypassed. So if expecting to face heavy magic decks, Adelade will be less viable and Djinn Renova could be considered to take her place to boost some health for the lineup.

Nevertheless, Adelade Brightwing at advanced levels bring double viability in poison and earthquake which is also amazing. Prior to that, it has good synergy with Chaos Knight and Shieldbearer to sustain the frontline from the backline to do their work. Good card to consider in owning else renting it is good too especially during Life focus days.

Strategy wise, I am glad I have fielded this lineup and definitely in future matches, Adelade Brightwing will be a regular card to be used.
