There was 0.005 Splintershards (SPS) in one of the daily focus chests today. And the minimum amount to claim is 5 SPS. Sorry, but this new reward system is indeed a joke. At least I received two reward cards.

I keep leasing out my Splinterlands cards using Splex.GG. Nowadays it gives me around 300 Dark Energy Crystals (DEC) per day.

I am paying 10% of my revenue (28-31 Dark Energy Crystals) (DEC) (around $0.02 USD and $0.03 USD) per day for this service.

By the way, it is funny how Splex.GG says that the value of my Splinterlands cards is $233.942 USD, while Peak Monsters says $133.66 USD.

But either way, I find the 68.74% yearly ROA very impressive. It is worth the 10% cut. Looks like Splex.GG is really maximizing the returns.

I've started using Splex as well. It saves a lot of time, although I wish it would lower prices a little quicker sometimes. However, overall, its making me more DEC, so all good !

Looks like everyone is satisfied with Splex.GG so far. While the lower daily fees would be indeed good/better, I hope that this automatic Splinterlands card leasing service will work in long term. It provides a very good return in a passive income for the investors (Splinterlands card owners).

Certainly not funny. Probably it will take months of gameplay to reach the minimum amount of SPS to claim.

well the funds have to come from somewhere. You really shouldn't look at a game as a way to make money but instead enjoy it and the revenue is a bonus on the side.

Splinterlands was a good play-to-earn game in the past, but nowadays the income from playing is indeed only a bonus. Better to play it only for fun.

before the change you'd get more DEC from chests than from battle victories. that kept me going for more chests.
now i get more SPS from battle than from chests...

It sounds like I should start on Splex as well. I have been having a tough time finding time to manage my rentals but I am just wondering if I should be moving the cards to a new account or not.

I have not moved my Splinterlands cards anywhere. Splex.GG currently gives me 67.44% yearly ROA. They take a 10% cut, so it is actually 57.44%. Still worth it. It is a very good passive income. I am very satisfied with it so far.
