The Secret Service Is Failing And The System Is Too

I can’t say I’m surprised with what I'm seeing the Secret Service doing, they're failing at their job and I'm tempted to think it's intentional but since I don't have much evidence I'll keep my mouth shut for now.

A team everyone thinks of as being impenetrable because if they are them there's no guarantee that the president and the nation is safe. Now this team is at the heart of a scandal and I saw this coming months before the first Donald Trump assassination attempt.

The panel's report about the secret service work just sucks right now. All I see is complacency, poor planning and a culture that’s deeply stuck in its ways.

I know this is old news now but how can Trump, a former president of the United States of America and currently the leading Republican candidate get shot at a rally and no security agent was paying attention until the bullet hit him.

Don't blame it on lack of funds to pay enough agents or the agents were busy with other things because these are people’s lives we're talking about here and the agents couldn't do a simple task of securing buildings or setting up proper sightlines. So how many other moments have these guys missed over the years intentionally or unintentionally.

I don't know too much about the agent in charge of the site but I decided to do a little research. The agent graduated in 2020 with almost no experience in very high-stakes rallies. Of course we all have to start somewhere but a man like Trump deserves more than this level of protection. I think it was a very careless act of the government.

Will they actually change or is this just another report gathering dust? The really don't give a damn about Trump at all and I'm sure they're disappointed he's still alive.
