Heels Always Get The Attention, I Guess People like Bad Guys

I have been observing a trend and I know WWE has too. I think it started a long time ago but Roman Reigns made it very clear to the company.

It seems when a wrestlers stops getting attention from audience and perhaps becomes, the best way to get attention to the wrestler is for the wrestler to turn into a bad guy.

There's been so many wrestlers that were playing a good guy role and immediately switched to villain roles and they do that when their good guy character just isn't getting the crowd or gets too boring.

It's a runny realization. Roman Reigns was a good guy for his first almost ten years in WWE and it just wasn't working. Then he switched to become the Tribal Chief who was a villain and on day one of that new character became the WWE champion and had the attention of the entire WWE universe.

Right now, Kevin Owens, Xavier Woods, Butch, Liv Morgan, Dominik Mysterio, Solo Sikoa and many others are learning the same trick.

Even Drew McIntyre who was the baby face former WWE champion turned heel and had a storyline for months where he antagonized CM Punk. It just ended at Bad Blood.

Xavier Woods as I mentioned yesterday is almost turning into a bad guy and guess what, he now has my attention. I really didn't care much about what Xavier Woods does. I found home a boring as a wrestlers but now that he's giving heel vibes, I'm starting to pay attention for some reason.

I guess it's the drama bad guys create that people like so much. What is a superhero movie without bad guys in them. I hate to see a bad guy in real life though, but without them in the movies, there will be almost no point. Every Hollywood action movie will turn into some kind of YouTube vlog.

Will Cody Rhodes turn into a bad guy too? I think that will be the most shocking thing for everyone because Cody is the biggest Baby face good guy in the WWE right now. Imagine the drama behind Cody s a villain. The Undertaker actually mentioned in an interview that Cody Rhodes gives him Heel vibes. Perhaps one day ww might just see it happen.

For me the craziest most unexpected Heel turn was when Dominik Mysterio turned on his own Dad after his match.
