A talent for harmonizing took the singers of Stayin' Alive from the streets of Manchester England to the doors of fame in Australia. The 3 brothers who formed the Bee Gees found their place in music history through the process of growing up together in the same home. The eldest Barry Gibb was born on September 1, 1946 between Great Britain and Ireland. The twins Robby and Maurice followed on December 22, 1949. Without a doubt, the
children inherited some musical DNA from their parents, dad. The brothers realised their talents and ambitions on their own - neighbours of this era remember Berry strumming his tennis racket and performing on a pier while the twins generally followed behind - although recognition of their abilities would not come until after the family moved to Manchester.
